Project 2011 Update and Refurbishments!

Construction is continuing on Project 2011!BGT has a new wait time text message system where you text a code to the number and get wait times for the rides,its pretty accurate. The Serengeti Express is currently closed and parts of the track have been replaced by new tracking and some tracking is still being replaced. The Skyride was running today so i got a few birds eye view shots. The Stanleyville Theater is currently under refurbishment. A whole group of new kangaroos are now on display at Jambo Junction! Project 2011 Construction Update

Construction is continuing on Project 2011! The Serengeti Express is currently closed and parts of the track have been removed. The have also added alot of construction liner around the area. Also, a new survery marker reads: "Edge Walkway". Obviously the new walkway to Edge of Africa will be here. The Skyride was also down so i wasnt able to get any birds eye view shots today. Jack Hanna Weekend and New Summer Nights Show

Jack Hanna Weekend starts next Thursday April 22nd through next Sunday April 25th. You can also sign up for Breakfast,Night Safaris and Family Sleepovers with Jack Hanna. Also look for something new for Summer Nights at BGT. Its called KINETIX, a high energy show that includes music and gravity-defying acrobatics. It has been performed at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in the past. Summer Nights will last from June 11th to August 15th this year. Below is a picture of the show at Busch Gardens Williamsburg:
